  How do the students of Chate coaching classes come in the merit list?
All the answer sheet assessment carried out in Chate coaching classes is according to the Board pattern. We have well-qualified, full-time teachers who have an in depth knowledge about their subject. Individual attention is given to the students and teachers are always available to clear the student’s doubts.
The HSC board needs a particular type of pattern, which is followed strictly in our coaching classes. Chate coaching classes has information about the whole system of the Board pattern.

  How are the students given individual attention?
There are limited students in each batch. There are 40-45 students in each batch. There is a batch in-charge who takes care of 2 batches. Progress of the students is discussed with their parents. The fee of the student includes the fee of the batch in-charge. Progress reports of the students are sent home to their parents. Parents are asked to visit the class in 15 to 20 days.

  Why is the fee of Chate coaching classes more than that of other classes?
Chate coaching classes provides notes according to the Board’s pattern. A separate teacher teaches every subject. Progress reports are sent to the parents of the student. If a student is absent for 2 days, the student’s parents are called up. There is a test on every Sunday, which is apart of the test series. All the expenses are included in the fees.
There is a library system for the students of XI and XII. The employees of Chate coaching classes visit each student’s house before the Board exam. No other coaching class does all this. There are Unit tests, which are held regularly. The teachers also provide the solutions to the tests held.
There are 22 to 23 members of the non-teaching staff and 22 to 23 members of the teaching staff. Thus individual attention is provided to the students. There are full-time teachers and good quality education is provided.

  If a student has got 60%, how many percent can he increase by joining Chate coaching classes?
A student who has got 40%-50% can go up to 70%. If a student gets 80% in the test series of Chate coaching classes, he will get the same in the board exam. All this is possible only if the student doesn’t drop any periods and attends all the Unit tests and Prelims. Basically the student has to be regular. We tell the students how to study.

  Why are coaching classes important?
The strength of students in Colleges and Schools is 100-120 students in each class. Even the syllabus is not completed properly. There are many shortcomings in Schools and Colleges and thus classes can do better. Schools and Colleges cant give so much attention to students. Private classes are a service oriented industry and thus has all its advantages.
We have a bond system in Chate coaching classes because of which the teachers cannot leave us according to their convenience. The teachers have to sign a bond according to which they cannot leave us for 2 years. Thus the student’s academic years are not hampered. We in Chate go and visit the students before the Board exams.

  Tell me about Chate’s notes.
We have Board pattern notes. We have perfect notes, which have an easy language. The price of the notes is included in the admission fees.

  How regularly are the classes held in Chate coaching classes?
All the classes are held regularly. Even one class is not dropped. Classes are adjusted according to the School timings. The classes do not overlap with the examinations held in the student’s school.

  Tell me about the Special Batches.
In Chate coaching classes, all the batches are special batches. There are 40-45 students in each batch. Individual attention is given to all the students. Teachers are available for solving queries. We have a merit list for Unit test and Prelims held in the classes.

  How are the student’s difficulties solved?
Teachers give Board pattern answers. After classes teachers solve student’s difficulties immediately. If a student is weak in any particular subject, his difficulties are solved even over the phone.

  How are the papers assessed?
Teachers read all answer sheets thoroughly and assess the papers according to the Board pattern.

  What is the strength of the batches?
The strength of the batches is sometimes 40-45 students and sometimes 30-40 students.

  Tell me about the Counseling sessions.
In the Counseling session we call the students along with the parents. In classes IX and X we require students with 60% and above. Counseling is done during the time of admission and is done throughout the duration of the class. Students are free to ask questions during counseling sessions.
